Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with HaniHani. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below are the return conditions based on the platform where the purchase was made.

1. Orders via Amazon

All Amazon orders are fulfilled through Amazon (FBA – Fulfilled by Amazon). According to Amazon's policy, customers have the right to return the item within 14 days after receiving it, directly to the Amazon warehouse.

Returns must be processed through your Amazon account under "Your Orders" section.

2. Orders via eBay

If you purchased an item from us on eBay, you may return it within 14 days after delivery. The return must be sent to the following address:

3. Conditions

• The product must be unused and in original packaging.

Please note that all purchases are made through Amazon or eBay. We do not accept returns for any purchases made outside those platforms.
